I have had such great experience here at Velocity. I cannot thank Jerome enough for all of his hard work and patience as I have frantically called last minute several times because of my car. The loaner vehicles that they offer have saved me many times. Thank you!

Best repair shop experience I have ever had. The owner and two guys up front are professional and courteous and take their time with you and listen to you. They have loaner cars available that you can schedule your work to be done on your car when a loaner car is available and in the lobby they have popcorn and pop and water and coffee. And the guy before me that was getting work done on his car they were dropping him off to his work location. It was almost fun to get my car fixed here. I had a hybrid inverter pump replaced and an engine water pump, idler pulleys, and timing belt changed and then I scheduled a small exhaust leak the next week. Both experiences were great. They also sell cars and can do a search for a specific vehicle you are looking for. I also talked to one of the mechanics and he was polite and helpful and listened and went out of his way to be helpful twice too. They also sell tires here. This place gives you the feeling of being treated reasonably and fairly.

I took my GMC to Velocity Motors on Monday and I thank all of you. They were very kind 😊 and make me feel like I was home they did a great job on my gmc and fix the problem right away. Thank you guys I really appreciate you. Definitely recommend I'll come back for sure 👍

Professional courteous service! I have been here a few times and am always impressed with Brent and the team at Velocity.

I live in Nebraska and purchased a used Lexus SC430 from Velocity Motors. I dealt with the owner Brent Kilmer . It was a very good experience. Communication was excellent, he is very knowledgeable and the car was exactly as described by the website and by Brent. I have purchased several cars on-line and this was the easiest of all the transactions. Brent also has a friend in the auto transport business (Auction Direct Transport) who was also excellent to work with and it saved me several hundred dollars from other quotes. You won't find a more reputable operation in my opinion.
