Had a great experience at Velocity Motors...bought a 2012 Town N Country from them about 2 weeks ago and loved the process here. Took a test drive and then got back and discussed the vehicle and had no pressure to buy that you might get at bigger dealerships. Got a good deal on the new vehicle and on our trade in. Brent was very honest about the vehicle and told us about all work done to it. The listing showed remote start but on test drive noticed it didn't have it. We asked Brent about that and he apologized for the mistake on listing and offered to install an aftermarket remote starter for us at no additional cost. All around great experience from test drive to the final purchase. Would certainly recommend this dealer to others and if I find myself in need of another car in the future I would go back here. Frustrated beyond belief. Spent more on repairs replacing transmission and AC — and rear shocks next — since we bought CRV earlier this year than what we owe on the vehicle. Rear shocks have to be replaced next. Questioning their inspection process.

Alan, I am very sorry to hear of your frustration. Your daughter bought the CR-V with 175,000 miles and we did provide a 3,000 mile warranty in an effort to avoid expensive repairs right away. When you and I talked last month about the transmission the vehicle was well out of warranty but I thought I offered a good deal of help to reduce the cost of the repair which you declined. I'm sorry about the shocks, but they were not in need of replacement when we had the car. I would be more than happy to have our service department replace them at a reduced rate. I purchased a car from Brent in November 2019. He was courteous, communicative, and offered a very fair price for both my trade and my purchase. Low pressure sales and a low mileage luxury vehicle.
