To have an appointment, get there on time, and then wait 1 1/2 hours to change oil. My time is valuable and I got really tired of sitting there. I will not go back. Oh they also wanted to sell me a repeat customer card for $50. A joke!
Bill, I’m so sorry that you were disappointed with your visit! The oil change special you came in for includes a tire rotation and a full digital inspection with pictures that we then emailed to you.
